Curious to see which of your employees have redeemed their SnackMagic treats and who hasn’t? This guide will help you stay on top of your gifting campaigns. Whether you're tracking expired or active orders, we'll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to check the redemption status and download detailed reports.
Log in to Your SnackMagic Account
- Go to SnackMagic and log in to your account using your credentials.
Navigate to "My SnackMagic"
- Once logged in, click on "My SnackMagic" in the top navigation menu then click on "Sent Treats"
Select the Correct Order Type
- For expired orders, click on "View Expired".
- For ongoing orders, click on "View Live".
Locate Your Order
- Find the specific order you want to check.
- If the order has expired, click on "View Summary".
- If the order is ongoing, click on "View Status".
Download the List of Recipients
- Scroll down to the "RECIPIENTS" section of your order dashboard.
- Click on "Redeemed" to see the list of recipients who have redeemed their treats.
- Click on the download option to get a CSV copy of this list.
- Similarly, click on "Did Not Redeem" to see the list of recipients who have not redeemed their treats, and download the CSV file from there.
