Whether you're tracking recipient orders or checking redemption progress, the SnackMagic Treats Dashboard makes the process simple and intuitive. With just a few clicks, you can stay updated on deliveries, ensure redemptions, and manage your gift orders efficiently.
Here's how to How To Track Recipient Orders:
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Treats Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to access.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Track Recipient Orders:
- To track the delivery of a specific recipient’s order, navigate to the Recipients section and click on Redeemed.
- Find the recipient you wish to track and click the Track button for real-time shipping updates.
