Looking to send gift reminder emails to your Snackmagic recipients? If some recipients haven’t redeemed their treats yet, you can easily send additional reminders directly from your Treats Dashboard. While Snackmagic automatically sends periodic follow-ups, you also have full control to send reminders on your own schedule. This guide explains how to send manual reminder emails and manage reminder settings for any gift order
Here's How To Send Gift Reminder Emails:
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My Snackmagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Treats Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to access.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Send Email Reminders
- In the "Remind Recipients" section. You'll also find information on when the last automated reminder was sent.
- Click "Send additional reminder".
- On the child window that pops up, click the "YES, SEND REMINDER" button.
⚠️Note: Reminder emails are only sent to recipients who haven't redeemed their treat yet.
