Need to update a recipient's email address for a gift you've sent? If your recipient hasn't redeemed their order yet, you can easily edit their email address within your SnackMagic account. This guide will show you how to easily edit a recipient's email address directly from your SnackMagic Sent Treats dashboard. Follow these simple steps to ensure your gift reaches the right person without any delays.
To edit a recipient's email address, follow these steps:
Log in to Your SnackMagic Account
- Access your account by logging in with your credentials.
Navigate to Sent Treats
- Click the drop-down arrow next to "My SnackMagic".
- Select Sent Treats from the dropdown menu.
View Order Status
- Locate the order containing the recipient you wish to edit.
- Click View Status for that order.
Access Awaiting Redemption Recipients
- Under the Recipients section, click on Awaiting Redemption to view recipients who haven't redeemed their gifts yet.
Edit the Recipient's Email Address
- Find the recipient whose email address you want to change.
- Click the pencil icon next to their email address.
- Enter the correct email address in the provided field, then click the green checkmark to save the new email.
- You'll have the option to either send the invitation link to your recipient automatically or decline if you'd prefer to send it manually yourself.
- A confirmation will appear in the top right corner, indicating the email has been updated.
By following these steps, you can easily update the recipient's email address to ensure they receive their gift notification.
