Here Is a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Create a Surprise Swag only Order:
Log in to Your Account:
- Start by logging in to your SnackMagic account using your credentials.
Initiate Order Setup
- After logging in to your account at snackmagic.com, click "START AN ORDER" or "SEND A TREAT."
Complete the Create a New Treat Form
- Fill out the Create a New Treat form with the required details. Ensure to select "Swag Only" as the type of order.
- Click CREATE ORDER to continue.
- Before proceeding with your swag order, please review the following key information and guidelines:
Swag Selection
- If your swag items are already available in your swag locker, choose from the available options and click "NEXT."
- For items not in your locker, click "ADD SWAG."

Adding New Swag Items
- For items not in your locker, click "ADD SWAG."
- Fill in the IItem Name, Description, and Quantity, and upload a photo. Click "CREATE SWAG" to proceed.
Handling Unredeemed Swag
- Specify how you'd like to proceed with any remaining swag after your order expires then click SAVE & CONTINUE.
MAGIC LINK OPTION

Select the gift redemption link type for your order

Magic link -select the magic link option to ensure that no boxes will be approved before we upload their addresses manually.

Enter the Total Number of Recipients
- Tell us how many recipients you are sending the gifts to (including international recipients).
- Note that orders with recipients outside the US will incur an additional $100 international fulfillment fee per recipient for swag-only orders. (Please note that this fee may vary depending on the size and weight of each box.)

Important Note: If you have non-US recipients please inform our customer service team after the order is placed so we can make the changes in your order's setting and add manual adjustments for the additional international fulfillment fee. You may use the chatbots on the website or send a request via our ✨Contact Us form.
- If there are no international recipients, please enter zero.
- Click NEXT to Continue.

Recipient Information
- Choose whether you want to collect your recipient's information or not.
- Click SAVE & CONTINUE to proceed.
This step is only part of the order process for link redemption. As we are going to upload your recipient orders manually you may choose whichever option.
Set Order Expiration Date
- Indicate a date when you want the order link to expire. By default, it's set to one year from the order creation date.
- Click on the date box and choose another date or year to change the default date.
- Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
Select Shipping Method
- Standard Shipping is 10 to 14 days after recipients redeem
- You may also select a date when you want the boxes to arrive and our team will fulfill orders close to the chosen date.
Add a Recipient Landing Page Message
- Include a personalized message (not required) that your recipients will see on the invitation email and/or on the landing page.
Please note that this is only part of the normal swag-only order, since we are going to upload the recipient orders manually your recipients will not see this RLP message.

Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
Custom Box

You can also customize the box with your artwork or logo. (This option is only available for US & Canada recipients). You'll be able to upload the artwork on your Treats Dashboard after checkout.
Custom Note

You can add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)

Add Donations (optional)

You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at donations@snackmagic.com.
DO NOT SEND INVITATION EMAILS
- While setting up the invitation emails, select "Don't send the invitation email. I will share the treat link on my own." This ensures no automatic emails are sent.

- Scroll down and add the Billing Country and Zip Code.
- After entering all details, click NEXT to place the order.

You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*This is part of the process to ensure that we have a refund method set up in your order in other cases like cancelation and unforeseen events that require a refund.

Place the Order and Get a Confirmation
- Copy the order number and fill out the Excel sheet provided in the next steps.
Providing Recipient Addresses:
Download a copy of the ✨SwagMagic Curated Swag Box with Addresses Excel sheet and fill out the necessary tabs.
- Here are some guidelines for filling out the Excel sheet.
- On the "Order Details Tab" enter your order number, name, contact email, and swag items included in your order. (Note: Make sure to fill out the boxes in red.)
- Once done, enter your recipient's shipping details on "US + Canada Recipients" tab and "Non-US + Canada Recipients (International)" tab. (Note: Please add their contact numbers, especially for international recipients to avoid issues in delivery.)
- Make sure to add the list of swag items in columns L-P and indicate the size or color if applicable. Just add more columns as needed.
Send the Excel Sheet To Us
- If your swag items are ready at our warehouse, send us the updated SwagMagic Curated Swag Box with Addresses Excel sheet and order number to via our ✨Contact Us form We'll upload the recipient addresses.
Sending Swag to Our Warehouse:
- If you are sending your own swag to our warehouse, follow the steps in the article 👉"Where to send your swag" for sending your swag to our warehouse. Once done, contact us via ✨Contact Us form and provide us with the order number, recipient address sheet, tracking number of the incoming swag, and exact quantity of the swag you are sending.
- If you want to ship swag from the US to international locations, inform us so we can adjust the order accordingly. Note: The shipping fee will be $100/box but may vary based on the size and weight of each box. We will be checking with our ops team first to get a quote on the shipping fee per box.
