Important Reminders:

Include your Name/Email/Order Number/Event Name on the package. This information will help us keep track of your order.

2. Download the SwagMagic Ingestion Sheet  [here] then fill out the information to provide details of the swag items you will be sending to our warehouse. Include the name, quantity, and tracking number of the incoming swag.

3. Once done, send an email to hi@swagmagic.com and provide your order number and the SwagMagic Ingestion Sheet so we can attach the swag items to your order once it's delivered.

We need your swag in our warehouse at least 2 business days before boxes start shipping. If you have a specific event date, we need it 20 days prior.
