Effortlessly send out swag items to your recipients through our streamlined Swag Only order option. Follow this concise guide to breeze through the process:
Note: The process is intended for Swag-Only orders where recipients receive identical sets of swag items along with an invitation link to input their address. If you prefer providing your recipients' addresses without sharing a link, please email us at hi@swagmagic.com for guidance on the next steps.
Managing Swag Variations: If your redemption involves variants like sizes or colors, please contact hi@swagmagic.com before sharing the link or placing your order. In your email, provide details about the swag items and the quantity per size or color. This allows us to create a swag collection for your order, enabling recipients to select their preferred size or color during redemption.
Now, let's dive into creating your Swag Only order:
Access SnackMagic Website:
- After logging in to your account at snackmagic.com, click "START AN ORDER" or "SEND A TREAT."
Complete the Create a New Treat Form
- Fill out the Create a New Treat form with the required details. Ensure to select "Swag Only" as the type of order.
- Click CREATE ORDER to continue.
- Before proceeding with your swag order, please review the following key information and guidelines:
Swag Selection:
- If your swag items are already available in your swag locker, choose from the available options and click "NEXT."
- For items not in your locker, click "ADD SWAG."
- Fill in the Item Item Name, Description, and Quantity, and upload a photo. Click "CREATE SWAG" to proceed.
Handling Unredeemed Swag
- Specify how you'd like to proceed with any remaining swag after your order expires then click SAVE & CONTINUE.
Closed Link and MagicLink™ Option

Select the gift redemption link type for your order

Closed link - only email addresses added to your recipients' list will be allowed to redeem. We will send them an email where they can redeem the treat. (Please make sure that the email addresses are correctly spelled.)

MagicLink™ - upon checkout, you will receive a unique link from us. This link can be forwarded to your recipients.

Since anyone can redeem, you will need to approve and deny the orders from your Treats Dashboard.

Redemptions not listed will not be fulfilled until you approve them.

If you place email addresses in a MagicLink™ option, they are automatically approved.

- Tell us how many recipients you are sending the gifts to (including international recipients).
- Note that orders with recipients outside the US will incur an additional $100 fulfillment fee per recipient for swag-only orders. (Please note that this fee may vary depending on the size and weight of each box.)
- If there are no international recipients, please enter zero.
- Click NEXT to Continue.
Adding Recipient Email Addresses:
Choose one of these methods to add recipients:
- Manual entry: Type addresses into the box, separating each with a comma or line breaks
- Spreadsheet import: Copy and paste an entire column from your spreadsheet
- Add from contacts: Add email addresses directly from your contacts
- MagicLink™ option: If selected, you may leave this field blank
Once finished, click "SAVE & CONTINUE" to proceed.
- Indicate a date when you want the order link to expire. Be default, it's set to one year from order creation date.
- This will be the last day that your recipients are allowed to redeem the treat.
- Click SAVE AND CONTINUE
- Standard Shipping is 10 to 14 days after recipients redeem
- You may also select a date when you want the boxes to arrive and our team will fulfill orders close to the chosen date.
ADD-ONS and CUSTOMIZATION

Include a personalized message (not required) that your recipients will see on the invitation email and/or on the landing page.

Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
CUSTOM BOX

You can also customize the box with your artwork or logo. (This option is only available for US & Canada recipients). You'll be able to upload the artwork on your Treats Dashboard after checkout.
CUSTOM NOTE

You can add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)

You can also add a video for your recipients to see when redeeming the treat. Please send the video to hi@snackmagic.com so we can upload it to the landing page.

You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at donations@snackmagic.com.

Once you are finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons, indicate when will your recipient receive the email invitation link so they can start redeeming their gift. This can be:

Don’t send the invitation email - if you wish to send them the link instead.

- Scroll down and add the Billing Country and Zip Code.
- After entering all details, click NEXT to place the order.
Let us know how you want to receive any unredeemed amount at the end of the process.

You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*You'll be charged for any recipients added after treat creation.
Place the order and get a confirmation. You may use the link to share with your recipients. Otherwise, the email addresses you included on the recipients' list will receive an invitation email from SnackMagic on the date and time you selected.
