If you would like to surprise your recipients and curate a box for them, follow the steps below:
Note: Surprise Order Pick-Your-Own requires a minimum of 25 recipients and a $50 processing fee per order.
ORDER SETUP

After logging in to snackmagic.com click START AN ORDER or SEND A TREAT.
- Fill out the Create New Treat form and select the treat type (Snacks, SwagOnly, Snack+Swag)
- Click the CREATE ORDER button to continue.

Select ‘Surprise Box’ and click NEXT.
- Choose the budget for the boxes your recipients will receive. Prices start at $45, with the most popular option being $60.
- Click NEXT to continue.
- You will be prompted to select a curated box medley. The items in this selection will serve as backup in case any of your chosen items are out of stock.
- You can view the possible snacks in each stash by clicking VIEW ALL ITEMS.
- Click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
- Let us know the number of recipients, including any international recipients.
- If there are no international recipients, please enter 0.
- Click NEXT to continue.

On the recipients' screen, leave both the "Add US and Canadian Addresses" and/or "Add International Addresses" blank. Do not enter any recipient addresses, as we will need to edit the orders on the backend later.

Click "I'll upload later/Skip," then click "SAVE & CONTINUE."
- Indicate a date when you want the order to expire. By default, it's set to one year from the order creation date.
- Select your shipping method then click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
ADD-ONS and CUSTOMIZATION
- Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
CUSTOM BOX

For a more elegant feel, you can upgrade from a standard SnackMagic Box to a Premium Black Box. Or customize the box with your artwork or logo. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.
- (This option is only available for US & Canada recipients).
CUSTOM NOTE (Also available for International Recipients)
- You can also add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)
DONATE

You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at donations@snackmagic.com.
CHECKOUT PROCESS

Once you're finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons, you will have the chance to review your order before checkout. Make sure to review all the details thoroughly.

Review the Order Summary and then input your payment method.

- Scroll down and add the Billing Country and Zip Code.
- After entering the details, click NEXT to proceed.

Let us know how you want to receive any unredeemed amount at the end of the process.

My Stadium Wallet - Free
You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*This is part of the process to ensure that we have a refund method set up in your order in other cases like cancelation and unforeseen events that require a refund.

Place the order and get a confirmation
- After placing your order, you will see the confirmation page with your order number. You can also download your initial receipt from here.
Fill out the Excel Sheet
- After placing the order, download and fill out this sheet.
- Follow the instructions below to ensure that the sheet is correctly filled out.
Important instructions when filling out the Excel sheet
For US & CANADA ORDERS, make sure that you enter all necessary details on the Order Details Tab and US & Canada Recipients tab.
When adding shipping details, please also add the phone numbers to ensure smooth delivery of the surprise boxes.
For Listing the Snacks:
Please list all your chosen snacks with their prices in the List All Snacks Here tab.
- Go to our US menu and choose the snacks to be added to your list.
- Please make sure that you only add snacks that are marked as "Fulfilled by SnackMagic"- We are not able to check the inventory of items that are marked as "Shipped Separately" as they come directly from third-party vendors.
Here is a sample screenshot of an item that is shipped from our warehouse.
- In column A, please list your 1st choice of snacks using the exact names from the menu and add the price in column B.

Include snacks in your list, $4-$5 less than your total budget in case the cart amount is increased due to tax fees based on the location of your recipient.
(For example, if your budget is $45, you can add snacks to the list for a total of $40.)

- In column D, list replacement items that we can add if your first choice is not available, using exact item names from the menu once more and taking note of the price in column E.

- As a final backup if your 1st and 2nd choices are not available, please note in Row 21 a pre-curated medley where we can select an item from as a replacement.
- If your recipients do not have tax fees in their area, our team will add items to maximize your set budget.
Send the completed sheet for processing
- Send the completed sheet to hi@snackmagic.com and we will process the order.
- Please note that an additional $50 processing fee will be charged to your order manually once the recipient orders are uploaded.
- Lastly, once your order has been processed, you will be able to check on the status of your order and upload any of your assets to your treats dashboard.
Here's how:
- Click on MySnackMagic then go to Sent Treats
- Click VIEW STATUS on the treat you want to check
