Adding items to your Swag Locker ensures our team can receive, store, and include your swag in any future orders. Whether you’re sending brand-new swag or restocking existing items, here’s how to properly submit your inventory and notify our warehouse.
 

 ⚠️ Important Reminder Before You Begin

If you already have swag in your locker and are only restocking, you do not need to add the item again.
Simply send us the following via the ✨Contact Us form

• 📦 Tracking number

• 🏷️ Name of the swag item

• 🔢 Quantity being sent

We’ll notify the warehouse and update your inventory once delivered.

If you are adding swag for the first time or introducing a new item, follow the steps below.

Here’s a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Add Your Pre-Purchased Swag to Your Swag Locker.

Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://www.snackmagic.com/ and log in to your account.

Access Your Swag Locker

• Click MySnackmagic, then click on Swag Locker.

Initiate the Addition of New Swag:

• Click the"ADD NEW SWAG" button.

Select Swag Type

• Since you are providing the swag, choose "I am sending a new swag item."
• Click 'NEXT' to continue.

Complete the Form

• Add the Item name, description, expected quantity, and upload a photo of the swag.
• Once done, click the 'CREATE SWAG' button.

Ship Your Swag to Our Warehouse

• A pop-up will appear with our warehouse address for shipping your swag. Please include your email address and order number in the shipment so our team can easily identify the package and add the swag items to your locker. 
• Click 'DONE' to close the page.

• Once your swag is successfully delivered to our warehouse, the updated quantity will be reflected in your Swag Locker.
