Here's a Step-By-Step Process for Creating a Curated Box Surprise Order:
Initiate Order Setup
- Go to snackmagic.com and click START AN ORDER or SEND A TREAT.
Select A Treat Type
- Select ‘Surprise Box’ and click NEXT.
- Choose the budget for the boxes your recipients will receive. Prices start at $45, with the most popular option being $60.
Select a Curated Box

Select a Curated Box for the snack boxes that your recipients will receive.

Please note that the selected Curated Box in this step will only be sent to your recipients in the US and Canada.

Since each country has its own menu and we work with different local vendors, international recipients will receive our most popular box in their country instead.
- You can view the possible snacks in each stash by clicking VIEW ALL ITEMS.
Enter the Total Number Of Recipients
- Let us know the number of recipients, including any international recipients.
- If there are no international recipients, please enter 0.
- Click NEXT to continue.
Provide Your Recipients' Shipping Details

For (US and Canada) - Enter the email address, name, shipping address, contact number, and dietary restriction.

Since your recipients will be receiving this as a surprise, you may enter dummy email addresses

If you wish to add more recipients, just click '+Add new Row'.
- If you need to remove a recipient, simply tick the box beside the recipient's name and click Remove selected rows

You may also upload a CSV or Excel file containing your recipients' information. Just click Download Template, fill it out, then Upload CSV or Excel File.

If you don't have your recipient's information yet, you may leave it blank, tick I’ll upload later/skip, and hit SAVE & CONTINUE. You may upload the shipping details in your treats dashboard later.
- If you have recipients outside the US and Canada, the Add International Addresses form will appear on the next page. Provide your International recipients' details - Enter the email address, name, shipping address, contact number, and dietary restriction. (You may use dummy email addresses)
Note that phone numbers are required for international recipients to ensure successful delivery
- You also have the option to upload a CSV or Excel file containing your recipients' information. Just click Download Template, fill it out, then Upload CSV or Excel File.
- If you don't have your recipient's information yet, you may leave it blank, tick I’ll upload later/skip, and hit SAVE & CONTINUE. You may upload the shipping details in your treats dashboard later.
Setup Order Expiration
- Indicate a date when you want the order link to expire.
Add A Shipping Method
- Select your shipping method then click SAVE AND CONTINUE.
ADD-ONS and CUSTOMIZATION

Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
CUSTOM BOX

For a more elegant feel, you can upgrade from a standard SnackMagic Box to a Premium Black Box. Or customize the box with your artwork or logo. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.
- (This option is only available for US & Canada recipients).
CUSTOM NOTE (Also available for International Recipients)

You can add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)
SWAG

Select "Yes" if you'd like to include swag in your snack boxes.

You can either send us your pre-purchased swag or purchase directly from us.

Add Donations (optional)
- You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at donations@snackmagic.com.
Proceed To Checkout

Once you've finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons, you will have the chance to review your order before checkout. Make sure to review all the details thoroughly.

Review the Order Summary and then input your payment method.

Choose or Add A Payment Method
- Select or Add a payment method.
- Make sure to scroll down to view all payment options.
- Scroll down and add the Billing Country and Zip Code.
- After entering the details, click NEXT to proceed then click PLACE ORDER.
Choose a Refund Method

Let us know how you want to receive any unredeemed amount at the end of the process.

My Stadium Wallet - Free
You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.

*Please note that this option is part of the process as there might be cases where a refund is requested for a Surprise Order (e.g. order cancelation or recipient's removal)
- After choosing a refund method, click on PLACE ODER.
Place the Order and Get a Confirmation
- You will then be routed to the confirmation page where you can see your order number and download your receipt.
Uploading Assets and Adding Recipients (Upload Later Option)
- Once your order is complete, you can upload any of your assets and upload your recipients' shipping information in your Treats Dashboard.
Here's how:
- Click on MySnackMagic then go to Sent Treats
- Click VIEW STATUS
- From here, you can click the ADD ADDRESSES button to add US and Canadian recipients.
- If you have international recipients with missing addresses, this will also show in your dashboard. Simply click the ADD ADDRESSES link under INTERNATIONAL RECIPIENTS.
- You will also see any missing assets that need to be uploaded on the right-hand side.
