Here's a step-by-step process for creating a curated box surprise order:
1. Go to snackmagic.com and click START AN ORDER or SEND A TREAT.
2. Fill out the new treat form and select what you want your recipients to receive.
3. Select ‘Surprise Box’ and click next.
4. Select/input the budget for the boxes that your recipients will receive - prices start at $45.
5. Select a Curated Box for the snack boxes that your recipients will receive.
- Please note that the selected Curated Box in this step will only be sent to your recipients in the US and Canada.
- Since each country has its own menu and we work with different local vendors, international recipients will receive our most popular box in their country instead.
- You can view the possible snacks in each stash by clicking view items.
6. Tell us how many recipients you are sending the gifts to (including international recipients).
7. Provide your recipients' shipping details
For (US and Canada) - Enter the email address, name, shipping address, contact number, and dietary restriction.
Since your recipients will be receiving this as a surprise, you may use dummy email addresses to enter.
You also have the option to upload a CSV or Excel file containing your recipients' information. Just click Download Template, fill it out, then Upload CSV or Excel File.
If you don't have your recipient's information yet, you may leave it blank, tick I’ll upload later/skip, and hit SAVE & CONTINUE. You may upload the shipping details in your treats dashboard later.
If you opt to manually enter your recipients' details and you have more than one recipient just click 'add new row'.
You can tick the box beside the recipient's name if you want to remove that recipient.
Provide your International recipients' details - Enter the email address, name, shipping address, contact number, and dietary restriction. (You may use dummy email addresses)
- You also have the option to upload a CSV or Excel file containing your recipients' information. Just click Download Template, fill it out, then Upload CSV or Excel File.
- If you don't have your recipient's information yet, you may leave it blank, tick I’ll upload later/skip, and hit SAVE & CONTINUE. You may upload the shipping details in your treats dashboard later.
8. Order Expiration: Indicate a date when you want the order to expire.
9. Shipping - Select a date when you want the boxes to be delivered.
10. ADD-ONS and CUSTOMIZATION
Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
For a more elegant feel, you can upgrade from a SnackMagic Box to a Premium Box. Or customize the box with your artwork or logo. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.
(This option is only available for US & Canada recipients).
You add a custom note to the Snackmagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)
You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the option to add a wellness pass to your order. This is 20 days of wellness with our live-led activity sessions helping your people de-stress, recharge, and crush their work day. Our daily events focus on relaxation, creativity, and knowledge.
- Once you are finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons. You will have a chance to review your order before checkout. Make sure to review all the details thoroughly.
- If you are satisfied with the order set up click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
12. CHECKOUT PROCESS
Input your payment method.
Corporate billing - Book a call with us for invoicing approval (100+ boxes)
- Make sure to scroll down to view all payment options.
- Click Next to place the order and you will receive a confirmation email.
Let us know how you want to receive any unredeemed amount at the end of the process.
My Stadium Wallet - Free
You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.
Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).
Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*You'll be charged for any recipients added after treat creation.
- Place the order and get a confirmation. You will see the order number and the invitation link on the confirmation page. You may use the link to share with your recipients. Otherwise, the email addresses you included on the recipients' list will receive an invitation email from SnackMagic on the date and time you selected.
Lastly, once your order is complete, you will be able to check on the status of your order and upload any of your assets to your treats dashboard.
(This includes uploading the addresses of your US and International recipient.)
- Click on MySnackMagic then go to Sent Treats
- Click VIEW STATUS on the treat you want to check
You just successfully placed a surprise order.
