SnackMagic offers a convenient way to modify your treats even after you've placed your order. The SnackMagic Treats Dashboard puts you in control, allowing for quick and easy changes.
Here's a simple step-by-step guide on How to Edit Your Gift Order Setup After It Becomes Live:
Log in to Your Account:
- Start by logging in to your SnackMagic account using your credentials.
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Order Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to edit.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Go To Order Setup

Once in your order dashboard, click "Edit Order."
Make Changes To Your Order
- On the order setup page, you can change your shipping method (if no boxes have shipped yet), the link expiration date, upload your assets/artwork, and other options that have the EDIT button available.
