With SnackMagic’s Magic Link feature, you can efficiently manage your recipients and ensure that only approved individuals receive your treats. Whether you're working with a large team or an extensive gifting list, you can approve or reject recipients easily through your Treats Dashboard
Here's how to Approve OR Reject Recipients in an Open Order:
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Order Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to edit.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Locate Recipients That Needs Approval
- Scroll down the treat dashboard, and under the Recipients section click on AWAITING APPROVAL.
- Select the check box before the recipient's email address to either approve or reject their order.
Approve Recipients
- To approve all recipients on the list, click the "APPROVE ALL" button.
- If you want to approve specific recipients, check the box before their email address and click the "APPROVE" button.
Finalize Approval
- After selecting your recipients, click the "CONFIRM" button to finalize the approval process.
- After the approval, you will see the approved recipients under the Redeemed list.
Reject Recipients
- To reject a recipient, click the "REJECT" button next to their email address.
- You can select multiple recipients if needed.
Finalize Rejection
- Click "CONFIRM" to finalize the rejection of selected recipients.
- After the confirmation, their emails will be removed from your waiting list.
Once their orders are approved or rejected, your recipients will receive an automated email notifying them of the result.
