Need to update a recipient’s email address on a Snackmagic gift order? If a recipient hasn’t redeemed their treat yet, you can quickly edit their email directly from your Sent Treats dashboard. Updating the email ensures they receive the correct invitation link and can access their gift without delay. This guide walks you through each step to successfully edit a recipient’s email address in your Snackmagic account.
To edit a recipient's email address, follow these steps:
Log in to Your Snackmagic Account
- Access your account by logging in with your credentials.
Navigate to Sent Treats
- Click the drop-down arrow next to "My Snackmagic".
- Select Sent Treats from the dropdown menu.
View Order Status
- Locate the order containing the recipient you wish to edit.
- Click VIEW STATUS for that order.
Access Awaiting Redemption Recipients
- Under the Recipients section, click on Awaiting Redemption to view recipients who haven't redeemed their gifts yet.
Edit the Recipient's Email Address
- Find the recipient whose email address you want to change.
- Click the pencil icon next to their email address.
- Enter the correct email address in the provided field, then click the green checkmark to save the new email.
Send an Invitation Link
- You'll have the option to either send the invitation link to your recipient automatically or decline if you'd prefer to send it manually yourself.
Confirmation
- A confirmation will appear in the top right corner, indicating the email has been updated.
By following these steps, you can easily update the recipient's email address to ensure they receive their gift notification.
