Need to remove a recipient from your Snackmagic live gift order? Keeping your recipient list accurate is essential for smooth delivery and stress-free gifting. Whether someone was added by mistake or no longer needs access to the treat, you can quickly update your list directly from your Treats Dashboard. This guide walks you through the exact steps.
⚠️Please note:
You can only remove recipients who are still in the Awaiting Redemption status.
Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Remove Recipients from Your Live Gift Order
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My Snackmagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Treats Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to access.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Delete the Email Address:
- Within the order details, scroll down to the Recipients section and click on Awaiting Redemption where you'll find a list of recipients.
- Locate the email address you wish to remove, and simply click the Trash Can Icon.
- A child window will appear, click on YES, REMOVE to finalize the removal of the recipient's email.
By following these straightforward steps, you can efficiently manage your recipient list and ensure that it accurately reflects your preferences.
