Sending delightful treats to your clients, colleagues, friends, and family has never been easier with SnackMagic! In just 3-5 minutes, you can brighten someone's day with a personalized gift box. This guide will walk you through the simple, step-by-step process to create your perfect SnackMagic order.
ORDER SETUP
- Go to snackmagic.com and click START AN ORDER or SEND A TREAT.
- Complete the 'Create a New Treat' form and select what you want your recipients to receive (snacks, swag, or snacks + swag).
- Click CREATE ORDER to continue.
- Select what type of box you would like to send
Build-Your-Own Box
For recipients in the US and Canada, this option allows them to select their preferred snacks from the menu.
For international recipients, they can choose from the available stashes in their respective countries. This applies whether you opt for the build-your-own or curated box option.
Curated Box
Surprise Box
Send your recipients a surprise treat without requiring them to redeem it. You can choose the stash for your US and/or Canadian recipients.
If international recipients are included in the same order, they will receive the default stash for their country.
TREAT BUDGET
- Choose the budget for the boxes your recipients will receive. Prices start at $45, with the most popular option being $60.
- Click NEXT to continue.
BUILD-YOUR-OWN
- As the name suggests, your recipients will be able to shop and pick their own snacks.
CURATED BOX

Select a theme for the snack boxes that your recipients will receive. You can select as many themes as you want so your recipients will have more options from our curated menu.
CLOSED LINK AND MAGIC LINK OPTION

Select the gift redemption link type for your order

Closed Link - only email addresses added to your recipients' list will be allowed to redeem. We will send them an email where they can redeem the treat. (Please make sure that the email addresses are correctly spelled.)

MagicLink™ - upon checkout, you will receive a unique link from us. This link can be forwarded to your recipients.

Since anyone can redeem, you will need to approve and deny the orders from your Treats Dashboard.

Redemptions will not be fulfilled unless you add the email address to the order for automatic approval; otherwise, manual approval will be required.

If you place email addresses in a MagicLink option, they are automatically approved.

Provide your approved recipients' email addresses

You may copy an entire column from a spreadsheet and paste it one time

You may leave this field blank and click 'SAVE & CONTINUE' if you selected 'MagicLink' and prefer to manually approve email addresses.

Indicate a date when you want the order link to expire. This will be the last day that your recipients are allowed to redeem the treat.
- Select your shipping method then click SAVE AND CONTINUE.

Include a personalized message that your recipients will see on the invitation email and/or on the landing page.

Simply choose your add-ons! This will make the experience more personal.
CUSTOM BOX

For a more elegant feel, you can upgrade from a standard SnackMagic Box to a Premium Black Box. Or customize the box with your artwork or logo. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.

You can add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)
DIGITAL BRANDING EXPERIENCE

Customize the recipient's experience when redeeming the treat. You can place your logo or artwork on the menu. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.

SWAG

Select "Yes" if you'd like to include swag in your snack boxes.

Once you've finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons, indicate when you want your recipients to receive the invitation link to start redeeming their gift. This can be:

Once you've finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons, you will have the chance to review your order before checkout. Make sure to review all the details thoroughly.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*You'll be charged for any recipients added after treat creation.

CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation with the order number and a unique invitation link. You can share this link with your recipients, or, alternatively, if you choose SnackMagic to send the invitation, emails will be sent to your recipients either immediately or on the date and time you selected. Our system will continue to send reminders to recipients who haven’t redeemed their treat until the order expires.
