How to Schedule Delivery by Event Date

📅  Set Your Desired Arrival Date on the Order Form

• When placing your order, look for the Shipping section on the form. There, you can enter the desired arrival date for your treat boxes. This tells us when you’d like your recipients to receive their goodies.

🚚 We Start Fulfillment 14 Days Before Your Event

• We’ll begin prepping and shipping your order exactly 14 days before your specified date. This ensures your boxes ship on time to arrive on or before the date you provided.

📍Shipping Timing May Vary by Location

• Delivery times can differ based on where your recipients live:

  • If your US recipients located closer to our warehouse in Long Island, New York, they may receive their boxes earlier than your event date.

  • If you’re concerned about boxes arriving too soon, contact us through the chatbot or the ✨Contact Us form, and we’ll coordinate with our shipping team for the best timing.
  • Similarly, for international orders, the timing of the delivery date may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather, courier operations, etc.
    
    
    

⏳ Place Orders in Advance, We’ll Hold Until It’s Time

• Even if you complete your order weeks or months ahead, don’t worry—your boxes won’t ship too early. We'll automatically hold the fulfillment and release it within the 14-day delivery window based on your event date.
