If any of your recipients don’t use their treats, we’ve got your back with multiple refund options to help you manage your budget and reuse those funds however you see fit. Choose the method that works best for you—no surprises, no wasted value.
Refund Options for Unredeemed Treats
Once your treat expiration date has passed, any unredeemed balance will be refunded based on your selected method. Here's how it works:
Option 1: Refund to Stadium Wallet
- Choose to have your funds returned to your SnackMagic Wallet—no fees, no expiry!
- You can use the credit for any future orders, making it the most flexible and cost-effective option.
Option 2: Refund to Recipient's Wallet
- Prefer to let your recipients decide how to use their remaining budget?
- We’ll distribute any unredeemed funds directly to their SnackMagic Wallets (minus any add-ons, which will be refunded to your Stadium Wallet instead). These credits can be used by your recipients at any time, fee-free.
Option 3: Refund to Credit Card
- Get your unused funds returned to the card you originally used for payment.
💡 Note: A 10% processing fee applies to cover banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
