Recipients Unveil Their Delights:

They'll create an account and curate their ideal assortment of snacks and beverages. While their orders are placed in our system, they remain on hold until your approval.

Approving or Declining from Your Treats Dashboard:
Within your Treats Dashboard, you'll find the names and emails of those who've embraced your treat. However, the packing process begins only after your endorsement. Rest assured, you're only charged for approved orders.

Sealing and Dispatching the Approved

Once you approve their orders, we swiftly assemble and ship the boxes to the deserving recipients.

Settling Unredeemed and Additional Orders

We'll send you a comprehensive email summary detailing redemptions. You're either credited back for unredeemed selections or billed for any extra approved orders.
