Save time by duplicating your SnackMagic orders!
Whether you're sending treats to a new group or running a similar event, our duplicate order feature allows you to replicate your past orders with just a few clicks. Customize the new order as needed, including recipient lists and any order details, to make your gifting experience even more seamless.
Steps to Duplicate an Order:
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Select the Duplicate Icon
- Locate the order you wish to duplicate and click the duplicate icon. Please note that only live and expired orders can be duplicated.
Customize the Duplicate Order
- A pop-up window will appear where you can rename the order and choose whether to duplicate the recipient list from your previous order.
- The system will then duplicate the order. Please note that this might take 3-4 mins to complete. If you refresh the page right away, the same pop-up window will be shown.
Finalize Your Order Setup
- Once the duplication process is complete, the system will direct you to the order setup page. Click FINISH SETUP to complete all the needed information and all the information boxes are marked as complete.
- You can also make adjustments on this page like adding or removing customizations, changing the link expiration date, etc.
Proceed to Checkout
- Once you have completed all the needed information, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and complete the payment details.
Process Payment
- Choose or add a payment method
- Scroll down and add your BILLING COUNTRY and BILLING ZIP CODE/PIN.
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Choose a Refund Method

Let us know how you want to receive any unredeemed amount at the end of the process.

You’ll get 100% of what you paid for immediately to regift or use for yourself.

Recipient's Wallet - Free
The unused budget will be credited to every recipient associated with your treat (add-ons will be refunded to your Wallet).

Refund to Credit Card
You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
*You'll be charged for any recipients added after treat creation.

CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation with the order number and a unique invitation link. You can share this link with your recipients, or, alternatively, if you choose SnackMagic to send the invitation, emails will be sent to your recipients either immediately or on the date and time you selected. Our system will continue to send reminders to recipients who haven’t redeemed their treat until the order expires.
