Steps to Add Funds to Your Stadium Wallet:
Access Your Stadium Wallet
- After logging in, click the drop-down arrow next to your Account Name and select Stadium Wallet.
Add Funds
- On the default Wallet page, click on ADD FUNDS.
User's Default Wallet View:
Add the Amount
- Enter the amount you want to load.
- Optionally, add a note for your own reference.
- Click on NEXT to proceed.
Choose Payment Method
When adding funds to your wallet, you will be asked to select a payment method. There are two types of payment methods available: Credit Card or ACH Transfer.
Proceed to ACH Transfer Option↓
🪪 Credit Card Option
- Funds added using a Credit Card are available immediately after the payment is completed.
Select Credit Card
- Select Credit Card as the payment method, and click NEXT.
Enter/Choose your Card Information
- Choose a Saved Card or Add a New Card
- Click NEXT to proceed.
Review Your Purchase
Review your order details to make sure everything is correct.
Click SUBMIT FUNDS to finalize your transaction.
Confirmation
Once your payment is processed, a pop-up confirmation message will appear.
Click DONE or the X button to close the confirmation window.
View User Default Wallet History
- After successfully adding funds, you can view your transaction history and updated balance in your default Wallet.
Go to Credit Card Option ↑
Go to Important Notes ↓
🏦 ACH Transfer Option
- Funds added using ACH will appear in your wallet once the transfer has been processed.
Select ACH Credit
- Select ACH Credit as the payment method.
- Click on SUBMIT FUNDS.
Process the Bank Transfer
Review Stadium’s Bank Transfer Details
Complete the transfer through your bank or contact your AP team.
⚠️Important: This order number expires in 60 days. Please complete the transfer before the expiration date to avoid delays.
Get a Copy of The Invoice
You can either download the invoice or send it directly to your AP team.

Send it manually to your AP team

Click SEND INVOICE
Enter your AP team’s email
Click SEND
Check Transfer Status
- On your User's Default Wallet page, check the transfer status under your Pending Transactions section.
Click the drop-down arrow on your transaction to view details
Once payment is processed by your AP team, the status will update to Paid, and funds will be added to your User Default Wallet.

You may deposit any amount, but bonus credits apply only to deposits above $10,000
