Here's a step-by-step guide to help you select and enjoy your stash if you're located outside of the US & Canada:
Access Your Gift
There are two main ways to access your treat: through an invitation email or straight from the website.
Access the Redemption Link Via Email
- Be sure to check for emails from Snackmagic sent via hi@snackmagic-mail.com.
- Click the "REDEEM GIFT" button in the invitation email or the direct link shared by the sender.
If a gift amount is displayed (e.g., $45), the stash you will receive will have an equivalent total value. For higher amounts, complementary items may be included to maximize the treat budget.
Notes:
- You can only choose one stash.
- Not all senders reveal the gift amount.
Option 2: Via Website
- If you already have an existing Snackmagic account, you can redeem it directly from the website:
- Go to snackmagic.com
- Log in using the email associated with the treat.
- Click on "My Snackmagic"
- Select "Received Treats" from the drop-down menu.
Log In and Provide Your Shipping Address
- Enter the email address associated with the Snackmagic treat invitation and click "NEXT". Based on the email address, you'll either be prompted to log in if you already have an account or to sign up if you don't have one yet.
- Enter your shipping address and a valid local phone number, then click "ADD."
- If your gift sender requested your address, you can choose whether to share it or not by clicking on the check box that says "Share my address with the sender."
- If you already have an account with an address saved, you can select the saved address and click "NEXT."
Choose Surprise Box Option (If Available)
If the sender enabled Auto Checkout, you’ll see a yellow banner giving you the option to receive a Surprise Box if you don’t place your order before the expiration date.
✅ Checked = You’ll receive a surprise treat box automatically.
❌ Unchecked = No surprise box will be sent if you miss the deadline.
Browse and Select Stash
- You'll be taken to the international menu based on the shipping address you entered. Click on the blue arrow to expand the list of available categories.
- You may select any dietary restrictions to see only stashes within those restrictions.
- Please note that items in search may not be 100% allergen-free, make sure to double check the ingredients on the packaging before consuming.
Add Stash to Cart
- To add a stash to your cart, click on the (+) icon.
- The icon will change to an (x), and clicking on it again will remove the stash if you decide to change your selection.
- Alternatively, you can click on the selected stash to view more information, such as where the snacks will originate from and a detailed description of the Stash. If you like what you see, click the "ADD BOX" button to add the Stash to your cart.
- The selected stash will appear in the upper-left corner of the screen. You can "REMOVE" the stash if you wish to change it or complete your order by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button.
Checkout and Confirmation
- During checkout, you can still edit your address and stash selection.
- Once you're satisfied with your selection and have verified that the address and phone number you provided are correct, click "PLACE ORDER" to complete your order.
- A confirmation message will appear, including your order number. You can download your receipt from this page. Your order should arrive within 10 - 14 days.
