Important Note Before You Start
⚠️ Note: If you’re seeing an “Email Not Linked to Gift” error on the redemption page, it’s likely because your invitation was forwarded or your email wasn’t added correctly to the order.
How to Resolve the “Email Not Linked to Gift” Error
✅ Step 1: Check the Email Sender
Make sure the invitation was sent directly from SnackMagic’s system. Valid gift emails will come from hi@snackmagic-mail.com.
If you received the gift email from someone who forwarded it to you (rather than directly from SnackMagic), this means that the gift may not be linked to your email address,
✅ Step 2: Contact the Gift Sender
If you received a forwarded email or believe your email wasn’t included in the original order, reach out to the person or company who sent the gift. Ask them to:

Check the recipient list on their order

Confirm if your email was added or possibly misspelled

Resend the gift to your correct email if needed
✅ Step 3: Wait for the Gift Sender to Correct the Issue
For automated invitation emails, once your sender updates the recipient list and resends the gift, you should receive a new valid invitation from hi@snackmagic-mail.com, allowing you to redeem it successfully.
For forwarded invitation emails, you may use the invitation link that will be provided by your gift sender.
