Wondering how to track your Snackmagic order or check the status of a redeemed gift? We’ve made it simple for you to monitor your delivery from start to finish. You’ll automatically receive 📧 tracking information by email once your package ships, and you can also view real-time delivery updates directly in your Treats Dashboard. With these tools, you’ll always know exactly where your Snackmagic treats are and when they’ll arrive.
🎁 Here's a Step-By-Step Guide on How to Track Your Redeemed Gift Order:
Go To Your Redeemable Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My Snackmagic."
- Select the TREATS option from the dropdown.
Locate Your Order
- Scroll through the list and look for the specific order you want to track. Once you've found your order, click on it.
- Click on the button that says "TRACK PACKAGE."
- You will be routed to the order's tracking page, where you'll see the tracking number and be able to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
⏳ Important Note on Delivery Timing
For non-US orders, delivery may take 10–14 days after your package has shipped. Timing may vary depending on your country and delivery address.
