Go To Your Redeemable Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the TREATS option from the dropdown.
Locate Your Order
- Scroll through the list and look for the specific order you want to track. Once you've found your order, click on it.
- Click on the button that says "TRACK PACKAGE."
- You will be routed to the order's tracking page where you'll see the tracking number and be able to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
Important Note on Delivery Timing
For non-US orders, please note that it can take anywhere from 10 to 14 days to receive your package after your order has been shipped. The exact timing may vary based on your country and delivery address.
If 14 days have passed, and you still haven't received your order, we're here to help. Please reach out to our customer support team by sending us an email or using our chat feature. We'll assist you in tracking your order and ensuring it reaches you as soon as possible.
