💡 What Happens If You Don’t Use the Entire Gifted Amount?

 

🟢 If You Don’t Redeem the Gift at All

If you choose not to redeem the gift, the full gifted amount will either:

• Be refunded to the gift sender, or

• Be credited to your Stadium Wallet for future use.

This depends on how the gift sender set up the order. Either way, the value of the gift won’t go to waste.

 

🇺🇸🇨🇦 If You Redeem (US and Canada Only) But Don’t Use the Full Amount

If you place an order but don’t use the full gift value:

• The recipients will typically receive a “Top It Off” surprise item, which is randomly selected based on your remaining balance.

• However, if your organizer configured the gift to refund the remaining amount to the recipient's Stadium Wallet, the system will not send a Top It Off item. Instead, the remaining credits will be added to your Stadium Wallet for future use.

• To get the most out of your gift, we recommend spending the full budget during checkout unless you prefer having credits for later.

 

🌍 For International Orders

For recipients outside the US and Canada:

• The system will automatically apply your full gift budget by allowing you to select one curated box.

• Only one box is allowed per redemption, and the entire budget is optimized to match the box selection.

• There’s no risk of leaving money on the table—your budget is fully utilized at checkout.
