This guide will walk you through the process of redeeming your SnackMagic treat.
Getting Started
There are two main ways to access your treat: through invitation email or straight from the website.
Access the Redemption Link
- In your email, you'll find a link to redeem your treat. This link may have been provided by the gift sender, or you can click the 'REDEEM GIFT' button in your SnackMagic invitation email. Be sure to check for emails from SnackMagic sent via hi@snackmagic-mail.com.
Use Your Existing Account
- If you already have an existing SnackMagic account, you can redeem it directly from the website:
- Go to snackmagic.com
- Log in using the email associated with the treat.
- Click on "My SnackMagic"
- Select "Received Treats" from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "REDEEM TREAT" button.
Redemption Process
LOG IN / SIGN UP

Enter the email address where you received the redemption email from. Some gifts are email-restricted. This means that only the verified email addresses will be able to redeem the gift.
ENTER THE NECESSARY INFORMATION
- If you don't have an account yet, you'll be prompted to create one. Simply provide your email address, name, and password. Creating an account is necessary for tracking and invoicing purposes.
ENTER YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS
- Select or enter your delivery address. Please make sure to check the information that you provided up to the last detail.
- Click NEXT to continue.
- For international addresses (Non-US), you will be directed to the respective Menu available in your country.

SELECT YOUR SNACKS
Simply go through the site, browse, and select the snacks of your choice.
BUILD YOUR OWN
- For recipients in the US and Canada, you can personalize your gift by selecting your favorite snacks. If you received this type of gift, make the most of it by customizing it to your taste!

CURATED STASH
- Some gifts include a pre-curated selection chosen by your sender. If you received one of these, please indicate any dietary restrictions during the redemption process. Items will be added accordingly, based on your restrictions, item availability, and treat budget.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
CHECKOUT
- To proceed, click the bag icon in the top right corner and then select CHECKOUT.
For US and Canadian BYO Recipients
- If you exceed the allocated budget, you will need to pay the difference. Alternatively, you can remove items from your cart to ensure that your selections remain within the treat budget.
For International Recipients/Curated Stash Recipients
- The above does not apply, as you can only choose one stash. Orders will be fulfilled based on your budget.
REVIEW AND PLACE THE ORDER.
That's it! You're all set. You will receive an email confirmation from us. When the box is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the tracking information.
