- Before shipping anything to us, make sure your swag is added to your Locker. This helps us match your physical items with your digital order.

This helps our warehouse prepare for your delivery and ensure timely packing.

📅 Timing & Scheduling Your Delivery

Standard Orders: Your swag must arrive at least 2 business days before the boxes are scheduled to ship.

For Events: We recommend sending swag at least 20 days in advance to avoid delays.

Call to Schedule: Please call 347-961-3628 to schedule your delivery with our receiving team before sending.
NOTE: We will not be able to process swag unless the Gift Sender's email or order number is on the package.
