Swag From Local Partners:
Should you wish to acquire swag items from our offerings, please feel free to browse our comprehensive global menu available here for your convenience. In the event you can't locate a specific item you have in mind, kindly inform us, and we'll promptly consult our swag team to explore its procurement possibilities.
It's important to bear in mind that swag designated for international recipients will be dispatched separately from any snack boxes. This separation is due to our collaboration with distinct local vendors based on location.
Swag Shipped From US:
If you've placed an order for Snacks + Swag or a Swag Only package and opt to have your swag shipped from the US, send an email to hi@snackmagic.com following your order placement. Kindly provide us with your order number, allowing us to promptly notify our swag team. This notification will enable us to ensure appropriate adjustments are made to your order to accommodate your shipping preferences.
Note: The shipping fee will be $100/box but may vary based on the size and weight of each box. We will be checking with our ops team first to get a quote on the shipping fee per box.
If you are sending your own swag items to our warehouse, please follow the instructions in this article "Where to send your swag" and provide us with a swag ingestion sheet in your email as well.
