Planning a Surprise Order with SnackMagic but don’t have all your recipient addresses yet? No problem! With our "Upload Later" option, you can easily add or update recipient details at your convenience.

Here's a simple step-by-step guide on How to Add  Recipients To Your Live Surprise Order 

Log in to Your Account:

• Start by logging in to your SnackMagic account using your credentials.

Go To Your Gift Order

• At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
• Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.

Access Your Order Dashboard

• Click on View Live and locate the order.
• Scroll through your list of orders to find the Surprise Order you wish to edit.
• Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Surprise Order you want to modify.

Add Recipients

• In the order dashboard, scroll down and choose if you want to upload the US & Canada Recipients or International Recipients.
  
  
• Click the ADD ADDRESSES button.

• A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to:
  • Manually enter recipient addresses using the form.
  • Upload a CSV file with the recipient information.
• After adding the details, click the SAVE button to finalize your changes.

Confirmation

• Once the addresses are successfully uploaded, the status will change to PROCESSED in your Treats Dashboard.
• If you have International recipients, just click on the ADD ADDRESSES button and follow the same process.

By following these steps, you can easily manage and add recipients to your SnackMagic Surprise Order using the "Upload Later" option. Whether you're adding a few addresses manually or uploading a full list via CSV, our process ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.
