Adding a new address to your SnackMagic account is straightforward. Whether you're updating your details or adding a new destination, it only takes a few steps.
Note: Adding a new address to your account after an order is placed will not automatically update the address for that order. To request an update, please contact us via chat or fill out the ✨Contact Us form. Additionally, if the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee the address change, and additional charges may apply.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to add a new address to your SnackMagic account.
Log in to Your Account:
- Start by logging in to your SnackMagic account using your credentials.
Access Account Settings
- Once logged in, click on the drop-down button beside your name and then select "Account Settings."
Navigate to Addresses
- On the Account Settings page, click on "ADDRESSES."
- Click the "ADD NEW ADDRESS" button to begin adding a new address.
- Enter your new address details and click the ADD button.
Confirm Address Details:
- The system may provide a suggested address format based on maps. You can choose to either accept the suggested address by clicking "ACCEPT ADDRESS" or use an existing address previously entered by selecting "USE EXISTING ADDRESS."
- In some instances, the system would not be able to find and verify the address you entered. You can choose to either confirm the address you entered is correct by clicking " ADDRESS IS CORRECT" or edit the existing address previously entered by selecting "EDIT ADDRESS."
Review and Set Default (Optional):
- Once added, you will see the new address displayed in your account next to your default address.
- If this new address is permanent, you may choose to set it as the default address for future orders by clicking the SET AS PREFERRED button.
