Additionally, you can also track your order right from your Treats Dashboard. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it:
Log in to your SnackMagic account and navigate to the "My SnackMagic" section. Then select "Received Treats." Here, you'll find a list of all your orders.
Scroll through the list and look for the specific order you want to track. Once you've found your order, click on it. Click on the button that says "Track Package." and you'll be able to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
For non-US orders, please note that it can take anywhere from 10 to 14 days to receive your package after your order has been shipped. The exact timing may vary based on your country and delivery address.
If 14 days have passed, and you still haven't received your order, we're here to help. Please reach out to our customer support team by sending us an email or using our chat feature. We'll assist you in tracking your order and ensuring it reaches you as soon as possible.
