• • To enable SSO, you’ll need to purchase the Business Package or higher. Explore our Stadium Packages here to find the right plan.
    
    
  • Once you have the package activated in your account, your onboarding specialist will guide you through the process of setting up SSO in your account.

How SSO Works:

• • SSO establishes a trust relationship between an application (the service provider) and an identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure, CyberArk, etc.).
    
    
  • This relationship is built using a certificate that validates identity information, ensuring it comes from a trusted source.
    
    
  • The identity provider sends tokens containing user details, such as an email address or username, to authenticate the user with the service provider.
