Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that allows users to securely access multiple platforms using a single set of login credentials, managed by a trusted Identity Provider (IdP) such as Okta, Microsoft Azure, or CyberArk.

Establishing Trust
SSO establishes a trust relationship between an application (the service provider) and an identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure, CyberArk, etc.).
Authentication Process
When a user attempts to log in, the Identity Provider sends a secure token (including verified user details like email or username) to Snackmagic to authenticate the session.

Once authenticated, the user is automatically granted access—no separate login required.
