Sending surprise boxes through SnackMagic is a wonderful way to treat your recipients without requiring them to go through the entire redemption process. Here's a step-by-step guide on how it works:
The whole process is only 3-5 minutes tops. Let me guide you through the step-by-step process.
✓ Go to snackmagic.com and click START AN ORDER.
✓ Select the most appropriate option and click Next.
✓ Complete the order form.
- Fill out the new treat form and select what you want your recipients to receive. (Swag is our merchandise line.)

Select/input the budget for the snacks that your recipients will select - prices start at $45.
- For recipients located in the US and Canada, you'll be able to specifically choose the curated box you want to send. Meanwhile, international recipients will receive a thoughtfully curated assortment from the available options in their country's menu. It's a delightful surprise that's sure to put a smile on their faces!
Recipient Details: Enter the number of recipients and provide their shipping addresses along with any dietary restrictions they may have.
Order Expiration: Indicate a date when you want the order to expire
Choose a Shipping Method - Select a date when you want the boxes to be delivered.

Include a personalized message (not required) that your recipients will see on the invitation email and/or on the landing page.

You can also customize the box with your artwork or logo. (This option is only available for US & Canada recipients). You'll be able to upload the artwork on your Treats Dashboard after checkout.

You can add a custom note to the SnackMagic box of your recipients. You can upload an image or you can write a message. We have a 500-character limit (including spaces)

Customize the recipient's experience when redeeming the treat. You can place your logo on our website. You'll be able to upload the artwork to your Treats Dashboard after checkout.

You can also add a video for the recipients to see when redeeming the treat. Please send the video to hi@snackmagic.com so we can upload it to the landing page.
SWAG

Let us know if you want to add swag. Swag items are our line of merchandise that we can include in your snack orders.

Create your swag locker and indicate the swag that you want to put in the boxes. You can send us your swag or you can purchase them from us.

Let us know how to proceed with any remaining swag after your order expires.

You can also choose to donate from our partner organizations. Simply enter the amount that you want to donate. In case you do not see an organization that you prefer, send us an email at donations@snackmagic.com.

Once you are finished customizing your box and choosing add-ons. Indicate when will your recipient receive the email invitation link so they can start redeeming their gift. This can be:

You will be refunded back to the credit card you used when you initially placed the order. Please note that there is an additional 10% fee for the amount to be refunded. This will cover the banking charges and other miscellaneous fees.
