For just $2 per recipient, you can customize your recipients’ gift redemption experience with your company logo, personal message, or artwork. From landing pages to featured banners, your brand will be the first thing your recipients see when they redeem their treats!
🚨 Important:
Please upload your branding assets as soon as possible after checkout to ensure recipients are able to see the banners when they redeem their gifts.
Here's How to Add Custom Banners to The Digital Experience (Upload Later Option)
Log in to Your Account:
- Start by logging in to your SnackMagic account using your credentials.
Go To Your Gift Order
- At the top of the page, click the dropdown button beside "My SnackMagic."
- Select the SENT TREATS option from the dropdown.
Access Your Order Dashboard
- Scroll through your list of orders to find the Gift Order you wish to edit.
- Click on View Live and locate the order.
- Click the VIEW STATUS button for the Gift Order you want to modify.
Go To Order Setup

Once in your order dashboard, click "Edit Order."
Locate the Missing Asset
- From the order setup page, scroll down to see your missing assets.
- Click the EDIT button on the Digital Experience section
Upload Your Digital Assets
Upload Your Recipient Landing Page Artwork
- Start by uploading the asset for the Recipient Landing Page.
- Click the "Upload Icon" to upload a photo from your device.
Please make sure the pictures will follow the dimensions stated on the page to avoid errors.
- Once the picture is successfully uploaded click the "PREVIEW" button on the upper right. This will direct you to another page where you'll see how it will look on the website.
- If you are satisfied with the preview, click the NEXT button to proceed with uploading the other assets.
Upload Your Featured Banners
- Upload the assets for the Top Banner.
- Click the "Upload Icon" to upload a photo from your device.
Please make sure the pictures will follow the dimensions stated on the page to avoid errors.
- Once the picture is successfully uploaded click the "PREVIEW" button on the upper right. This will direct you to another page where you'll see how it will look on the website.
Finalize the Upload
- If you are satisfied with how it looks you may go back to the order setup page and click "SAVE".
Confirmation
- A confirmation message will appear on the top right of your screen.
- On the order setup page, you will also see the status changed.
