You have access to a real-time dashboard where you can make changes to your order after it has been placed.
Here's how:

Under My SnackMagic, go to your Sent Treats dashboard.

Go Click View status of your live order

Click Edit Order
From here, you can change your shipping method, the link expiration date, upload your assets/artwork and etc.
Please note that there are some options that are unchangeable after it was placed. Send us a message so we can see what we can do to help you!
