If you need to remove a recipient's email address from your list, we've got you covered. Follow these simple steps to keep your recipient list up to date:
Please note: You can only remove recipients who are still in the Awaiting Redemption status.
Access Your Sent Treats Dashboard:
- Start by heading to "My SnackMagic" on our platform. Click 'Sent Treats'.
View the Status of Your Order:
- Once you are already at the Treats Dashboard. Click on "View Status" for the order that includes the recipient whose email address you want to remove.
Delete the Email Address:
- Within the order details, scroll down to the Recipients section where you'll find a list of recipients. Locate the email address you wish to remove, and simply click the Trash Can Icon.
By following these straightforward steps, you can efficiently manage your recipient list and ensure that it accurately reflects your preferences.
