Have you heard the good news? You can now treat someone with our mouth-watering dishes through Dept. of Superior Dishes! We have partnered with different restaurants, bakeries, and suppliers of high-quality, exclusive food items to bring you the best and tastiest dishes in all the land!
Here's how you can set up an order:
SEND A TREAT
At the top right corner of our website, click the SEND A TREAT button.
CREATE A NEW TREAT
A new window will pop out. Choose the most appropriate event or click the CREATE A NEW TREAT button and click CONTINUE.
ENTER SENDER NAME
Tell your recipients who or where the gift is from! This will be displayed in multiple places throughout the redeeming process. For treat name, you can write the name of your event or anything you want as this is for internal reference only.
LOG IN OR SIGN UP
If you are a first-time gift giver, you may need to sign up with your email address. This will help you track your orders, invoice, and more. You will also have access to your TREATS DASHBOARD once you have your account.
CHOOSE A BUDGET
Choose the budget you want your recipients to receive! The minimum budget is $75 (shipping is free for your US recipients). There is an additional $18 fee for Non-US recipients.
Choose three dishes you want to recommend to your recipients. They'll still be able to choose other items that are available in their given budget.
SET THE TREAT ARRIVAL DATE
Set when your recipients will receive the treat. Our standard processing time may take 3-14 days. You can also specify the arrival date if you have a specific date in mind. We will make sure to coordinate the gift so they'll arrive on or before the date.
Set how you want your recipients to receive the redemption link.
Restricted Link allows you to enter their email addresses and our system will send them the redemption link. This is perfect if you have everyone's email addresses as no other people will be able to access the treat.
Open Link allows you to forward the link to any recipient. If you don't have their email addresses, you can simply choose this one. Since the link is easily forwarded, you'll have to approve and deny all orders in your Treats Dashboard.
ENTER YOUR RECIPIENTS' EMAIL ADDRESSES
If you choose a closed link, please be mindful of the correctness of the spelling as they will not be able to redeem the link if the email is misspelled. You can simply copy and paste the email addresses in the box. Yes, even multiple ones!
SET THE LINK EXPIRATION
You can set when the link will expire. Pro-tip: set an ample amount of time for your recipients to redeem the treat!
WRITE A MESSAGE
One great way to make the gift more personal is by adding a heartfelt message to your recipient! Simply type your message inside the box provided.
You can have your logo or artwork displayed throughout multiple places in the redemption process. The cost is only $2 per recipient.
ADD A VIDEO
You can also send us a personalized video and we'll upload it to the redemption landing page. Cool, right? The cost is $4 per recipient. Simply send us the video at email@example.com and our team will take care of the rest!
Once everything is done. Simply check the order out.
CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
Choose your payment option. Simply add a new credit card and enter your card details.
CHOOSE YOUR REFUND METHOD
Simply select the refund method. All unredeemed amounts from your treat will be refunded upon order expiry to the method of your choosing.
SET UP THE EMAIL REDEMPTION LINK
You can write a message to your recipients and we'll display it on the email they'll receive. You can also set when the email will be released or not at all! We'll give you a link that you can send out yourself.
