Absolutely! We send follow-up emails every few days (see timeline below). If there is a certain time that you want your recipients to be reminded (outside the schedule), please let us know so we can send a reminder email manually.

You can also send reminder emails on your end. Here's how:

> Go to your Account

> Select My Treats >> Sent Treats

> Click Send additional reminder

Reminder emails are only sent to recipients who haven't redeemed their treat yet.

If you do not want your recipients to be reminded at all, let us know and we will turn off the reminder emails for your order.
